1. Non-Refundable Purchase
All sales are final. The payment is non-refundable. Please consider your purchase carefully, as no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Service Delivery
The Profit Leak Audit is delivered as a comprehensive video audit (under 30 minutes) via email, consisting of a screen recording walkthrough of your Meta ad account and funnel pages with identified profit leaks and recommendations.

3. Delivery Timeline
Your audit will be delivered within 3-5 business days once I have received:

• Your completed diagnostic form
• View-only access to your Meta ad account

Important: The 3-5 business day delivery timer begins only when BOTH requirements above are fulfilled.

4. Requirements for Participation
By purchasing this audit, you confirm that you:

• Are spending a minimum of $1,000 per month on Facebook/Instagram advertising
• Are a coach, consultant, course creator, or online service provider (not e-commerce or product-based business)
• Have an active Meta ad account with campaigns running
• Can provide view-only access to your Meta ad account
• Have a complete funnel with landing pages, thank you pages, and sales pages

5. Account Access Requirements
To complete your audit, you must:

• Grant view-only access to your Meta ad account via the provided link
• Complete the detailed diagnostic form within 21 days of purchase
• Provide accurate information about your business and current ad performance

Failure to provide the required access and information within 21 days will result in forfeiture of the audit with no refund.

6. Scope of Service
This audit provides:

• Analysis and recommendations only
• Information on where profit leaks exist in your ad account and funnel
• No implementation or hands-on changes to your account
• No ongoing support beyond the delivered audit

This is an informational service only. Implementation of recommendations is your responsibility.

7. No Guarantee of Results
While expert analysis and recommendations are provided, individual results will vary. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, increased ROAS, or financial results. Your success depends on many factors including your implementation, market conditions, offer quality, and budget allocation.

8. Eligibility Restrictions
This audit is specifically designed for:

• Coaches, consultants, course creators, and online service providers
• Businesses spending $1,000+ monthly on Meta advertising
• English-speaking businesses with standard business models

This audit is NOT suitable for e-commerce, product-based businesses, or businesses spending less than $1,000 monthly on ads.

9. Personal Responsibility
You take full responsibility for your own business decisions and actions following the audit. The facilitator and affiliated parties are not liable for any business decisions, financial outcomes, or results you experience after receiving the audit.

10. Intellectual Property
All content provided in the audit is protected intellectual property. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any materials outside your business without express written permission.

11. Platform Accuracy Disclaimer
All training content, screen recordings, and images depicting Meta platforms and their associated services were accurate at the time of recording. Meta’s platforms, features, and user interfaces are subject to frequent updates and changes, and current functionality may differ from what is shown in these materials.

12. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your ad account information and business details shared during the audit process will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing your audit.

13. Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties with form submission or granting account access, you must contact support within 48 hours of purchase. We will provide reasonable assistance to resolve technical issues.

14. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claims related to this audit shall not exceed the amount paid for the service ($197).
